About us

Filling the table from both sides.

AppySeat started from a simple, annoying pattern: teams lose half an hour to a group chat picking a restaurant, while restaurants sit with empty tables during their quietest hours. We connect the two — pre-ordered team dinners, booked straight into the slots restaurants actually want filled.

What we’re building

One platform, two audiences: companies get an easy way to book a team dinner without the back-and-forth, and restaurants get pre-committed groups during hours that would otherwise go unbooked. Right now that’s a hands-on pilot across Berlin — each restaurant partnership starts as a real conversation, not a signup form.

How we work

Two-sided, on purpose

A company booking a team dinner and a restaurant with a quiet Tuesday are the same problem, seen from opposite sides. We build for both.

No cold contracts

Restaurants join through a short conversation and a digital consent step, not a long sales cycle — the pilot has to stay easy to say yes to.

Fee, not a markup

Our fee is a simple per-person booking charge, separate from the menu price. Nothing hidden in the bill on either side.
